Nestled beneath the stunning range of the Pentadactylos Mountains lies Villa Ev Tas (The House of Stone.)

It is located in Çatalköy, 2.5 miles from the historic town of Kyrenia (Girne.) The Villa itself is 600m from the main coastal road running from Kyrenia to the Karpaz.

The Villa is constructed from honey sandstone, and enjoys a beautiful garden setting which has been carefully curated and tended for decades. The garden has many varieties of fruit trees that produce delicious fruit all year round.

Comprising of a Master Suite on the top floor, with two double bedrooms, kitchen, family bathroom (featuring a jacuzzi bath) and generous living area on the ground floor, the Villa comfortably sleeps 6.

A large pool (10mx5m) can be found to the rear of the villa, with ample area to relax and unwind.
